Dear Friends and Supporters,

Thank you for your support of this missionary Bible teaching ministry. An Intercessory Prayer of Jesus Christ: “Who is he that condemns? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us” (Romans 8:34) In John 17:6-26, the veil into the Holy of Holies is pulled back to reveal the High Priestly intercession for all the believers. He does not pray for unbelievers here, only the believer. (vs 9) He prays that the Father will keep us, that will be one with another. (vs 11) He prays that we will not be taken out of the world. (vs 15) He prays that we will be sanctified. (vs 19) He prays that we will be in unity with the Father. (vs 21) He prays that His glory will be given to us. (vs 22,23) He prays that the love of the Father would be in us. (vs 26) We know that the prayers of Jesus Christ for us will be answered. Joseph Mugo, Omega Pentecostal Churches, Kenya: Mugo reports that he ministered in the following Omega churches in April; Mwatate at the Coast, Marurui and Kasarani in Nairobi, Kavote in Kirinyaga, Meru, and Muchatha and Kathitu in Chuka. The churches are growing. He asks us to keep praying for the right land for the Kianyaga church. He reports that the grand children who are living with him are doing well at school and in health. He asks us to pray for peace in the upcoming political elections in Kenya .

Would You Please Contribute to the Purchase of a Newer, Better, Vehicle for Mugo’s Ministry? In 2010, Mugo was so happy when he received this 1992 Toyota Tercel four wheel drive station wagon pictured. Mugo has repainted it, and maintained this vehicle so well that even the police commend him at safety check stops on the road. But now it is twenty-five years old! It is having mechanical difficulties and parts are no longer available for it. $6,000 has to raised as soon as possible to buy a more dependable vehicle. Already, $645 has been received, and $3,500 has been pledged toward this purchase. Kalembelembe Bible Institute, Fizi, Congo: Ekyoci Eciba reports that fifteen students finished the Second Trimester 2016/17. There are now eight students who will graduate with a three year diploma at the end July. Funds have been donated for the gift Bibles. Funds are needed for the graduation banquet for the students and their friends. Pray for funds for the salaries of teachers, and supplies. Please pray for Eciba. Besides his deteriorating hip joint, his grand son passed away, and the grandson’s wife is in hospital. Please pray for the encouragement of the faculty and students. Ralph & Shirley Hagemeier and Stephanie, Kalemie, Congo: Ralph writes to thank God for the graduates of Stephanie’s elementary and secondary schools. They recently had an alumni reunion. Some are teachers, bankers, secretaries, and several doctors. Stephanie noticed that the new warden was singing at the prison where she takes food. Prisoners are being saved in prison. Plans are being made to open a university on the campus of the International Bible College. Radio Kahuzi, Richard McDonald, Bukavu, Congo: Pictured is the team of journalists at Radio Kahuzi. Pictured is Samuel, Danny, Feza, and Gregoire. Samuel fills in, knowing several languages. Danny has been working as a journalist. Feza is one of the best reporter/journalists in Congo. Gregoire is a pastor, and reporter/journalist. Not pictured are Kalangwa and Amisi who represent Radio Kahuzi in Kinshasa, the capital of Congo. Samuel, Kalangwa, and Amisi are Feza’s brothers. Richard and Kathy consider each team member to be a part of their family. Thank You for Your Prayers and Financial Support: Thank you for your prayerfully support for this missionary Bible teaching ministry.
