November 2013 Newsletter

Dear supporters and friends,

Thank you for your prayers and support for this missionary Bible training ministry.

And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week; and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation.” (Daniel 9:27 - Concerning the abomination of desolation)

Jesus warned that when we would see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel that then would be great tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, nor ever shall be. (Matthew 24:15, 21)

It behooves us all to be looking for some covenant that is to be made for seven years. Daniel 11 discusses the maneuvering of the king of the north and of the south in the days just prior to the return of the Lord. It is interesting that the king of the north for Daniel was Syria, and of the south was Egypt. This is particularly interesting as we see the civil war in Syria and the overthrow of the government in Egypt. Both of these governments are now being supported militarily by Russia.

Further, there are negotiations going on right now concerning relaxing the sanctions against Iran because they are developing nuclear weapons. Now Saudi Arabia has agreed that if Israel attacks Iran, they can use their air space and to be able to refuel. Let us pray for the peace of Israel, and keep ourselves informed of the fulfillment of prophecy.

Mission Ministry:

Joseph Mugo, Kianyaga, Kenya:

Mugo is so happy with how far they have been able to go with the construction of their temporary headquarters church for the Omega Pentecostal Churches. With the $1,000, they have completed the walls and roof, with the windows and doors. Another $1,000 has been sent to finish paying for building materials and to buy plastic chairs. Mugo is thankful for the $300.00 support he receives each month.

Ralph & Shirley Hagemeier, and Stephanie, Kalemie, Dem. Rep. of Congo:

The Hagemeiers have been in ministry together for twenty-seven years. In 1972, it was difficult for them to leave Stephanie and Melody, their eight and ten year old daughters in boarding school. Their girls came to Congo for Ralph and Shirley’s twenty-fifth anniversary. When Melody returned to the U.S. to her nursing job, Stephanie stayed to help her parents. In 1991, Stephanie had a plan to start a primary school. One grade was added each year from kindergarten to grade 12. Now there are 1,200 day students. Then a medical clinic was built. Meanwhile, Ralph and Shirley have built their four year International Bible College. When they go home on leave, they attend the church which is pastured by their son-in-law, Mike Davis, and Melody. The Hagemeiers are happy with the way the Lord has put their family together.

Kalembelembe Bible Institute, Fizi, Dem. Rep. of Congo:

Director Eciba Ekyochi reports that they have twenty students in the Fall Trimester 2012-13. He stated that the students are seeking the Lord in morning prayers, chapel, and dormitory devotions. They are going out to preach in different churches on weekends. $1,160.00 will be sent for for the salaries of the instructors and staff for the Fall Trimester. Eciba said that x-rays have shown that his hip joint has completely separated. He is asking for $3,500 for hip replace-ment when foreign doctors come in January. We are praying that the Lord will raise up those who will give about $250.00 in monthly support.

Ruth Scott Kellie, Molo, Kenya:

Kellie writes that the $100.00 sent was urgently needed to fix a serious leak in the plumbing. She is so glad that the leak can now be mended. Kellie has retired from the Matumaini Children’s Center. She was the founding director of this boarding school for sixty handi-capped children. There is an elementary and trade school, with a health clinic, and a church.

Wallace Njeru Kirigia, Igoji, Kenya:

Kirigia is thankful for the $100 received. He and two other ministers had sixteen days of successful ministry among ten churches in Tanzania. The end-time message of going on to perfection was received so seriously. Kirigia is bishop of the Sonship Ministry Churches with about thirty churches, three of them with permanent buildings. Kirigia is asking for funds to enlarge his house because of those pastors and visitors who come. $300 was sent.
